Diner en Blanc Miami 2015 Refund Requests
Dear Diners,
We would like to thank you once again for you patience and support over the last 72 hours. As we are sure that you can imagine, planning, postponing, and then replanning an event of this magnitude is no easy task! The team has worked tirelessly around that clock to identify a new date that would work best for all parties involved. While we do understand the concerns that some of you have expressed surrounding the new date, given the circumstances, we had to select a date that would work for the city, vendors and planning committee.
Now it is time to move forward! We will accept refund request up until Thursday, November 19th at 9am. Any request received after this date will not be honored. Please be aware that the standard refund will not include the $8 membership fee and that requesting a refund of the membership fee will forfeit your invitation to all future Diner en Blanc events in the US. Lastly, please allow 5-7 days for your refund request to be processed!
